Education and library are interrelated and fundamentally co-exist with each other. Education is the process of gaining knowledge, values, skills, habits, and beliefs. It is the social process in which children are subjected to the influence of the school environment to attain social competence personnel development.
The school has a well-stocked library with an impressive index of titles, covering fiction and non-fiction, periodicals, magazines, and newspapers. Students are encouraged to make full use of these facilities in order to inculcate a love for books and the habit of reading from an early age. The library is managed by qualified personnel and has age-appropriate books.
The school stands for academic excellence, development of skills and character formation based on the sincere, devoted effort and commitment of the teacher and staff of the school
Milton English School adopts a holistic approach to education. Every human being is different in its intellectual, emotional, social, physical, artistic, creative and spiritual potentials. The needs and requirements of each individual are different from the other, consequently the infrastructure at school aims at catering the needs of each individual apart from the individualised instruction. It seeks to engage students in the teaching/learning process and encourage personal and collective responsibility. Education is no longer restricted to classroom, benches, blackboard, books and teaching learning. It has gone beyond, hence our teaching learning intend to encompass psychological, social and emotional growth along with mental development.
